Genghis has developed significant experience in the enforcement of UK judgments in Ireland, applications for security for costs, and other procedural and jurisdictional matters arising in international disputes. He is known for his strategic and pragmatic approach, ensuring that clients receive clear, results-focused advice at every stage of the process. Before joining the firm, Genghis gained experience across various practice areas, including contract law, Civil areas of law, Criminal Law, regulatory compliance, and equality law. His well-rounded background enables him to provide comprehensive advice that balances legal precision with commercial practicality.
